This policy applies to products and services sold through or linked from the Kettlebell Beginner Guide website (kettlebellbeginner.com), operated by IKU LLC.
Courses and memberships are sold through KETTLEBELL MONSTER (kettlebell.monster). Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. We will review your request and work with you to find a fair resolution. We want you to be satisfied with your investment.
Due to the nature of digital products, e-books and digital downloads are generally non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical issues with a download, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Physical books purchased through Amazon or other third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy. Please refer to the retailer where you made your purchase for their specific return process.
For physical products purchased directly through the Cavemantraining shop (cavemantraining.com), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the return is received.
Monthly subscriptions on KETTLEBELL MONSTER can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Free courses, free memberships, and free content do not require a refund as no payment was made. You may stop using these products at any time and request deletion of your account if desired.
